and how to receive the digital key for the night entrance and your room door
All you need for our digital check-in process is your own smartphone - no app necessary!
When to use the digital check-in process:
- If you arrive outside reception opening hours
- If you want to avoid waiting times during the check-in at reception
What you can do within the system:

10 steps to the 
digital check-in
1) You book your room, either directly on our website, via email or on one of the booking platforms. It is of utmost importance that you provide correct contact details (email address or mobile phone number) PER ROOM that you book. Otherwise, the digital check-in is not possible.
2) We make sure that we have your contact details. If you book via an external booking platform and we don't have any of your contact details (email address or mobile phone number), we'll contact you via the booking platform to get them, as otherwise the check-in is not possible.
3) On the evening before your arrival, we'll send you a text message or email with a link to the mandatory registration form.
4) Before your arrival, you fill in the registration form and sign it digitally.
5) At 2pm, we send you an email or text message with a link to the online check-in process.
6) You check in by completing the process on your mobile phone. You receive your room number and digital room key.
7) During the duration of your stay, your mobile phone allows you to always access your digital room key, which opens both the night entrance and your room door.
9) The check-out also happens digitally via your mobile phone. You can find the check-out button in the same place where you checked in and found your digital room key. Please complete the check-out process and leave the room until 11am the latest.
10) We send the invoice directly to your email address, using the address information you provided in the registration form.

Common Questions and Answers
Instead of using the digital check-in, can I come by the reception to fill in the registration form and check-in?
If you arrive within the opening hours of the reception, you can also check in personally at the reception. However, keep in mind that you may encounter waiting times. The opening hours of the reception are Monday to Saturday from 7am to 7pm, and Sundays from 7am to 3pm. The reception is closed from Sunday afternoon to Monday morning!
If you arrive outside of the opening hours of the reception, you can only check in digitally. You can access the hotel via the night entrance, which can be found in the inner courtyard. Please refer to the site plan for a visual representation.
How do I receive my room key when I do the digital check-in?
After you complete the check-in process, the system will provide you with a digital key in form of a button. With a swipe to the right on the button, this "key" opens both the night entrance and your room door.
Do I need to download an app to be able to digitally check-in or use the digital room key?
No, you don't need to download an app. Everything works via the browser that is already installed on your phone.
What happens if I'm arriving outside of the reception opening hours but have problems with the digital check-in?

How can I pay and how do I receive my invoice?
You can pay directly in the system where you check in. This is both possible during check-in and throughout your entire stay. During reception opening thours, you're also welcome to come by the reception to complete the payment.
The invoice is sent to your email address after your departure, using the address information you provided when filling in the registration form.
